Customer Service Officer(5 working days)
Johor Bahru, Penang (Perai)
*Salary RM 1,800 - RM 2,800*
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- 1 year related experience in Logistics/Forwarding/Shipping Line is an added advantages
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Malaysia citizen
Freight Forwarding
- To handle both import and export shipments.
- To place booking for shipment and prepares shipping documents needed.
- To prepare invoice, custom form and bill of lading.
- To follow up closely on the shipment status.
- Coordinate containers movement
