Job Description

Position: Customer Service Officers - Inbound calls



Intake Date: 8 Dec 2025



Working Location: Ampang Jaya, Jalan Kolam Air Lama (Near Ampang Puteri Hospital / Ampang Point Shopping Mall)



Working Hours: Rotational shifts, Monday - Sunday (5 working days & 2 off days)



Shift hours:

8.00 am - 5.00 pm/ 10.00 am - 7.00 pm

/

12.00 pm - 9.00 pm

Basic Salary: RM2,400 - RM2,800 (Based on Relevant working experience)



Fixed Monthly attendance allowance: RM 200



Job Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and messages.

Provide accurate solutions for product or service-related issues.

Maintain proper customer records and update information regularly.

Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Deliver outstanding service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements



Having experience in a call center or customer service is a plus.

Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English (both required).

Able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Customer-focused, with strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Good interpersonal skills and a fast learner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
