Responsible for import / export customer services
Attend to customer enquiries / emails regarding shipments
Coordinate with shipper/agent/carrier & related parties to follow up documentation arrangement
Create booking & forward to customer
Prepare shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc)
Manage & monitor daily shipment activities
Follow-up deliveries and launch corrective actions in case of transportation issue
Arrange haulage & prepare invoice
Act as a backup for Customer Service Department in the absence of team member(s)
Any other ad-hoc assignment according to business needs
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
At least more than 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, SQL, Incoterms
Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Good planning skills
Able to join with short notice will be an added advantage
