What You'll Do



Handle inbound/outbound Telco customer calls Assist with billing, service requests & complaints Provide accurate info and great customer experience Meet quality & productivity KPIs

What We're Looking For



Minimum SPM/Diploma Strong English & BM Customer-first, positive attitude Call centre experience is an advantage (not mandatory) Able to commit to Sept-Nov part-time shifts
