In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll get to provide exceptional customer service to restaurant owners and managers by responding inquiries related to card reader issues, online ordering set up and much more. You will also navigate processes to properly escalate and coordinate customer responses according to company values. You not only will give away your experience and expertise with empathy, but you\xe2\x80\x99ll also expand your knowledge of hardware and POS software through trainings, articles, and everyday tasks. You\xe2\x80\x99ll thrive on this role if you have: Excellent verbal and communication skills (B2 English proficiency). 1 year of experience in customer service (Business-To-Business strongly preferrable) Multi-tasking skills, showcased using several applications; experience working with CRM applications preferred Technical savvy (understands or have used macOS vs. Android, Windows, etc.) Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required Call center experience preferrable Negotiation skills, able to engage and reach agreements with the clients.
