Customer Service Professionals

KL Sentral - accessible by public transport - all trains

)

Start Date: 24 November 2025

Answering inbound calls only, replying to customers e-mail.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification with:

Credit in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Pass in Mathematics OR

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Salary Package:

Basic:RM2,000 Allowances:RM200 - RM400 (RNR)
Work Location:

Plaza Sentral

Working Days:

Rotational shifts

from

Monday to Sunday

Shift Schedule:

Morning Shifts -

8am

-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-

8pm

Evening Shifts -

12pm

-9pm, 1pm-10pm, 2pm-11pm, 3pm-

12am
