- Role Title : Customer Service Professional (Inbound)
- Work from office mode
- Location : Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral (Easy Access to Public Transport (LRT/KTM, MRT, Monorail, ERL, Bus and E-hailing services)
- Salary Package: BASIC (RM 2000) + RNR Allowance (Up to RM 400) + Shift Allowance + Incentive (Up to RM 1K)
- Shift Allowance :
- Flat rate of Rm10 for those completing their shifts at 10pm onwards
- RNR Allowance :
- First 3 Months RM200 and RM400 moving onwards(Based on the KPI Performance)
- Medical & Hospitalization entitlement
- Training is provided (2 Weeks)
- Fully vaccinated applicants only
- Able to start immediately
- Operation Hours : Rotational;
Morning shift : 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm, 12pm-9pm
Night Shift (PM)
1PM - 10PM
2PM- 11PM
3PM- 12AM
Start date : 2nd October 2025
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
