\xf0\x9f\x92\xbc Working Days: 5 days a week, rotational off days
\xe2\x8f\xb0 Shifts: Rotational (Flexibility required)\xf0\x9f\x92\xb0 What\'s in it for you?
- Basic Salary: RM1,800 (Normal Speaker) / RM2,200 (Mandarin Speaker with Hokkien Dialect)
- Shift Allowance: RM90/month
- Transport Allowance: RM220 (Prorated for shifts ending 10pm or later)
- Incentive: RM300/month (Performance-based)
- Mandarin Language Allowance: RM300
- Contract Duration: 1 year (Renewable)

- Ensure customer satisfaction with professional and prompt service.
- Tackle billing and service inquiries with efficiency.
- Accurately input customer data into our system.
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication.
- Follow up diligently on customer concerns.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum Diploma holder.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with great communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver outstanding customer service.
