Care Crew (Customer Service Professional)
Immediate Hiring on 05 April 2024
:
- Handle inbound customers inquiries & request via voice & alternate channel (eg. Whatsapp, chat, email & SMS) regarding Product e.g billing inquiries, technical inquiries and general inquiries.
Allowances: Shift (RM 60) / Language / Tech skill allowances (RM 250 - RM 500) etc.Working Location: TM Marang
Working Days: 5 days working, 2 off days (rotational)
Working Hours: Earliest shift 8 AM, Last shift ended by 10 PMTraining Provided. (1-2 months approximately)Requirements:
1. Minimum SPM (Must passed BM & BI) / Age : 19yo - 40 yo
2. Good communication skill (BM & BI). Mandarin & Tamil will be added advantage
