  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or banking industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers regarding banking products and services.
  • Assist customers in resolving account-related inquiries, transaction issues, or card activation requests.
  • Provide accurate information on bank policies, procedures, and digital banking tools.
