Customer Service Representative role is the tactical first level support contact for order placement and fulfilment for both direct and distribution customers. You will represent with the customer ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through clear and accurate communication and problem resolution.
1) Quote & Debit review in Quoting system
2) Standard order management including expedites/pull ins/cancellation/push outs.
3) Support Customer's RMA & other RMA related FA support.
4) Support review of account booking/backlog/billing with Sales.
5) Other ad-hoc support covering free of charge sample tracking for Distributors, customer questionnaires & other EHS/technical matters.
6) Partner with Sales to manage all communications with Distributors/customers.
7) Contact for Distributors and Sales for any other topics.
Qualifications
1) Bachelor's Degree or above in any field.
2) Customer Service process knowledge, passionate in delighting customers by rendering excellent support
3) Knowledge of Order management system, CRM systems, Eg: SAP, Model N, Oracle.
4) Fluent in English & Chinese in both oral and written. Japanese language is a plus
5) Must possess strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
