Job Overview



As a

Customer Service Representative

, you will coordinate and support daily freight operations for air, sea, and land shipments. This role involves managing shipment documentation, communicating with customers, liaising with internal teams and overseas agents, and ensuring smooth and timely cargo movement.

Key Responsibilities



Manage customer service and operational coordination for Air, Sea, and Land shipments. Coordinate shipment bookings, confirmations, and execution with internal operations teams and overseas agents. Prepare, review, and follow up on shipping documents such as shipping instructions, BL, AWB, and delivery orders. Provide timely updates to customers on shipment status, schedules, and any operational issues. Liaise with carriers, agents, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment flow. Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment information in the system. Follow up on documentation, permits, and operational requirements to prevent shipment delays. Resolve basic operational or service-related issues and escalate complex cases when necessary. Perform additional customer service or operational support duties as required.

What We're Looking For



Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Experience in freight forwarding customer service or operations is an advantage. Basic understanding of air, sea, and land transportation processes. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple shipments simultaneously. Proactive, responsible, and customer-focused mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
