Minimum of one (1) years\' experience in Contact Centre
Diploma and above i.e. fresh graduates accepted
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to support Inbound an Outbound calls
Able to read & write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to read & write in Mandarin will be an added advantage
Ability to multitask, flexible to work on rotational shifts, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Immediate hiring (1 -2 months temporary role for Contact Centre)

Resolve customer complaints or feedbacks via calls, email & chat support.
Identify and assess customers\' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
