We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executives or Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Fresh Graduate/ Diploma holders can apply too.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
