Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and/or chat.
Assist customers with banking inquiries, transactions, and account-related matters.
Provide accurate information on HSBC products, services, and policies.
Identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions to improve their banking experience.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulations, and security procedures.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements
Minimum education:
SPM or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply -

Proficient in
Mandarin + English
or
English + Mandarin + Cantonese
(spoken & written).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Able to adapt in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn banking systems quickly.
