  • Education: Fresh Graduate welcome.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a bilingual or international setting.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Willing relocate in Penang area.
  • Working time:7am-8pm (Rotational Shift).
Tanggungjawab
  • Customer Support:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in both Japanese and English.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve problems related to products, services, and billing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Bilingual Communication:Translate and interpret customer communications from Japanese to English and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
