Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a bilingual or international setting.
Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Willing relocate in Penang area.
Working time:7am-8pm (Rotational Shift).

Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve problems related to products, services, and billing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Bilingual Communication:Translate and interpret customer communications from Japanese to English and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
