Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact between the company and clients, handling inquiries and issues promptly.
Provide professional and efficient customer support through phone, email, and face-to-face communication.
Assist clients in understanding the company's service offerings (recruiting, HR outsourcing, training, etc.).
Collect and organize client feedback and provide suggestions for improvement.
Follow up on client orders or service progress to ensure delivery meets standards.
Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Recruiting, Training, Administration) to meet client needs.
Prepare and maintain customer service records, reports, and documentation.
Assist in organizing client events, briefings, or training support.
Conduct field visits as necessary to maintain long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum one year of experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service, call center, or HR is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or other office software.
Patient and able to handle pressure, and able to multitask.
Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented.
