Job Description

Customer Support

: Provide prompt, friendly, and professional support to customers via phone, email, live chat, or social media platforms.

Issue Resolution

: Resolve customer complaints, questions, and issues in a timely and effective manner.

Product Knowledge

: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to assist customers accurately.

Data Entry

: Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system, ensuring all cases are tracked and resolved appropriately.

Order Assistance

: Help customers with order inquiries, tracking, returns, exchanges, and billing issues.

Escalation Handling

: Recognize when issues need to be escalated to higher management and follow company protocols for doing so.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with other teams such as sales, technical support, and management to improve the customer experience.

Continuous Improvement

: Provide feedback on recurring customer issues and work with management to suggest process improvements.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,679.33 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
