KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Function o To transact over-the-counter transactions on cash and non-cash transactions according to advice slips or other negotiable documents

To record all transaction accurately and balance each day's operations

To perform general administrative duties as required by the function

To discharge duties instructed by immediate supervisor to serve business interests of the Bank

Customer Relationship o To attend to customer requests, inquiries, problems and complaints by providing prompt and service to customers, escalate customer's feedback to higher authority for deliberation.

To actively involve in cross product sales activities to ensure optimal customer reach.

Process & Compliance o To maintain confidentiality of information and comply to standard operational procedures (SOPs) and to ensure regulatory requirements are met towards achieving operational excellent

To perform other duties as assignedPerform branch operation transactions and provide efficient and effective service to achieve optimal customer satisfaction
