Your new role
Serve as the first point of contact, handling inbound calls with warmth and confidence.
Address customer enquiries and resolve issues, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently escalate and resolve customer concerns.
Identify customer needs and proactively introduce our innovative banking products and services.
What you'll need to succeed
Open to fresh graduates looking to enter the banking sector
Minimum Diploma OR SPM holder with Customer Service experience.
Proficient in English and Malay or Mandarin
Comfortable to work in shift
