Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries, pre- & post-trading issues, order filtering, and general product-related questions.
Collaborate with AI-driven customer service systems to manage cases beyond the scope of automation.
Assist with KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, including identity document collection and verification according to internal and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams during the PPFX launch period to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in shift rotations to provide comprehensive operational coverage for the CS department.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of
2 years of experience
in customer service, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of
KYC/AML
procedures with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
Familiarity with
CRM systems
, support tools, and standard office software (e.g., MS Office).
Outbound call service experience
is an added advantage.
Strong ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities during high-demand periods.
