As the business in Singapore expands, the COMO Dempsey team has establish a call center unit in Kuala Lumpur @ Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P.Ramlee to support the Customer Service department. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible to manage all CS activities to support the business along with other 5(five) current headcount in the team. Job Highlights 5-day work week Flexible benefits Attractive remuneration package Duties & Responsibilities To manage incoming calls and emails to our restaurants. To achieve sales targets set and maximize sales by converting calls into bookings. Assist superior with reports preparation as and when required. Ensure customer database is updated on a timely basis. Take ownership and handle complaints by providing the appropriate solutions. To build rapport and manage the communication between clients and restaurants. Key Requirements Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent (Experience in F&B industry is an added advantage, but not mandatory) Minimum 3 years of experience in call center/customer service field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English. Must be fluent in Mandarin as incumbent will need to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients. Tech savvy and proficient in using tools, exposure in customer database management software would be an added advantage. Willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
