Teleport Commerce Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a leading player in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various channels. You will also be responsible for resolving customer issues and addressing concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers at all times.
• Document all customer interactions in our system and follow up on any outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Research and resolve complex customer issues that cannot be easily resolved.
• Identify and escalate customer issues or concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor.

• Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Malay.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
