Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Purpose: As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide them with information and assistance in regards to the products and services that the company provides. You will act as the first point of contact between the customer and the company, and your goal will be to ensure that the customer has a positive experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Maintain customer records by updating account information, managing inquiries, and documenting interactions with customers. Meet performance targets, such as customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity. Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams or management. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely information. Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. Attend training and development sessions to improve customer service skills. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Proven customer service experience or experience in a related field. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficient in using computer software, such as Microsoft Office, and other relevant programs. Willingness to work in a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to type on a keyboard for extended periods of time. Must be able to communicate effectively over the phone and through email or chat. Must be able to see and read computer screens.
