Responsibilities

In this role, you\'ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing general support across multiple social media platforms. You\'ll work closely with our team to ensure that customer service standards are met and exceeded, while also identifying opportunities for improvement. You\'re responsible to recommend customers the product that truly is able to solve their respective issues and lead them to making sales.
