This is the best time to join us as we open a whole new world for you to explore and learn JOB ROLES \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate customer service department responsibility, task assignment, project planning and training, prepare documentation and service support \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to build customer service department that values integrity, well informed and great interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the back-end team by ensuring a high customer satisfaction rate and a favourable first impression that is consistent with the Company\'s brand image \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to analyse and identify market demands, and to offer Management with analytical reports on programs, promotions and any market or demand developments \xe2\x80\xa2 Need to develop a friendly, supportive, and professional approach when dealing with prospects or customer\xe2\x80\x99s while keeping SOP response times and follow-up procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Professionally provide fast & timely solutions to all customer related problems/inquiries via calls and email \xe2\x80\xa2 Whenever required, assists the unit with other duties, such as road shows, open days and other marketing activities JOB REQUIREMENT \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 year(s) of experience in related field is required \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess own transport, willing to travel and flexible in working hours \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations \xe2\x80\xa2 A team player, result-driven, self-motivated and ambitious, and able to work under pressure SALARY RANGE RM3,000 \xe2\x80\x93 RM4,500 JOB HIGHLIGHTS \xe2\x80\xa2 Highly performance based, rewarding & attractive remuneration \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive company culture & working environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Career advancement opportunity
