We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented

Customer Service Representative

to support daily customer interactions and operational coordination. This role focuses on handling enquiries, providing product-related assistance, and ensuring smooth communication with business clients regarding our computer hardware, software, and IT accessory products.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication

Handle incoming enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email Provide accurate information on products, orders, and basic processes Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
Order & Request Coordination

Assist customers with order status, basic quotations, and follow-ups Coordinate customer requests with internal operations or sales teams Ensure accurate recording of customer information and enquiries
Documentation & Administration

Update customer records and interaction logs Assist in preparing simple documents or reports when required Ensure all customer communications are properly documented
Service Quality & Support

Maintain a positive customer experience at all times Escalate issues when necessary and follow up on resolutions Support ad-hoc administrative or coordination tasks

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or support is an advantage Good verbal and written communication skills

Able to communicate effectively in Chinese & English

Comfortable handling calls and digital communication platforms Patient, responsible, and detail-oriented Willing to learn product knowledge and internal processes
