To analyse, create and resolve tickets (if applicable).
To troubleshoot and guide customers according to solution process and knowledge base to solve incidents and service requests.
Identified and escalated priority issues per client specifications.
Displayed courtesy and strong interpersonal skills with all customer interactions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with individual call.
Job Requirements
Minimum posses with Professional Certificates, Diploma, Bachelor Degree and above
Able to speak and write
Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Able speak and write in Mandarin is an advantage
With customer service experience from BPO / Call center is preferable
Able start work immediately is preferable
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
