Job Description
LOCATION:
Menara Dana 13, Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (accessible by LRT Ara Damansara Station -10 minutes walking)
FREE
shuttle service transport from the LRT station to the Office based on the selected schedule.JOB SCOPE:
Attending to inbound, live chats, and emails Respond to customers' general queries, complaints/feedback in a timely and accurate way Manage customer complaints and customer feedback
WORKING HOURS:
5 days work & 2 days off on a rotational shift
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
