Customer Service Representatives

Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer enquiries (billing, outages, service issues)
Make outbound calls for collections and follow-ups (where applicable)
Manage non-voice communications such as emails and social media messages
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Requirements
SPM / Diploma or above (depending on the role)
Good command of English; Mandarin or other languages are a plus
Positive attitude, reliable, and customer-focused
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary: RM2,000-RM2,100
KPI allowance: RM300-RM500 (total up to RM2,500)
