Job Summary



Responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests at the service centre. Acts as the main contact point between customers and the technical team, ensuring excellent service experience, smooth service process, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist customers upon arrival at the service centre. Handle walk-in, phone, and email inquiries related to service, warranty, and repairs. Register service requests and coordinate with Service Advisor for job assignments. Keep customers updated on service progress, delays, or additional required work. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to management when needed. Make a follow-up call to customers after service. Set a service appointment for customer & service reminder. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the service reception area. Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty through quality service and professional communication.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
