You will play an important role in:
Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Good communication skills (Based on project language requirements).
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
SPM leavers who are interested are also encouraged to apply - Full Training Provided.
Candidate are required to work on rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night)
