Job Responsibilities: Handle and respond to customer enquiries and complaints through phone and emails. Ensure all customer inquiries/ issues/ complaints are resolved according to the company\'s processes and procedures. Identify and escalate difficult and complex issues to senior team members. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customer. Update and maintain accurate information of customer interaction, transactions, comments, and complaints in the company\'s system. Job Requirements: Minimum SPM, Diploma, Degree Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Good communication skills of written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must. Willing to work on shift rotational shift basis. KPI incentive & Shift Allowance will be provided. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Candidate must be willing to work in UOA Business Park (near to LRT & KTM).
