Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive at Sunway Pyramid, Petaling Jaya. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, coordinating repair services, and ensuring a smooth and positive service experience. This role is ideal for those passionate about technology and delivering outstanding customer support in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Support & Communication

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.

- ?Provide accurate information about Samsung products, services, warranties, and repairs.

- ?Handle complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases as needed.

2. Product Knowledge

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Samsung's product lineup including smartphones, tablets, TVs, home appliances, and accessories.

- ?Guide customers on setup, usage, and technical support for devices.

3. Service & Repair Coordination

- Book and track service appointments.

- ?Liaise with the repair team to ensure timely servicing and follow-ups.

- ?Provide status updates to customers about ongoing repairs or part replacements.

4. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- ?Generate service reports, feedback summaries, or daily activity logs.

5. Quality & Customer Satisfaction

- Strive to deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Follow company policies and maintain professional behavior at all times.

Requirements

- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

- Eager to learn and grow in a customer-facing role.

- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in customer service is a plus.

- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

- 6 working days per week

- Shift rotation:

Morning: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Middle: 12.00 PM - 8.30 PM Afternoon: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
