Roles & Responsibilities

  • Delivering excellent customer service to customers via phone (inbound). This may be extended to other channels (email, live chat, social media) based on your skills.
  • Providing accurate information on products and services to the customer.
  • Consistently meeting individual and team KPIs and goals
  • Maintaining a high degree of integrity and confidentiality \xe2\x80\x93 keeping customers\xe2\x80\x99 information confidential at all times.
Job Requirements
  • Must possess at least an Diploma, bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, or higher, in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Abilities to read and write Mandarin are an additional advantage.
  • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia in both spoken and written
  • Proper phone etiquette with excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Fast learner with good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ready to work in shift rotations based on business needs.
  • Able to work on public holidays and weekends (based on business needs)
  • Afternoon shift (2pm -10pm)
