Job Description

We TPL Fresh Meats Sdn Bhd are looking for dedicated Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional customer support on a daily basis. Ideally, candidates should be non-executives specializing in Customer Service or an equivalent field, though fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction through prompt and efficient problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support and handle inquiries professionally. Analyze customer needs and issues, offering effective solutions and recommendations in a timely manner. Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and efficient problem resolution. Meet standard performance metrics (KPIs) regarding response time and customer satisfaction scores. Maintain a polite and professional demeanor while managing customer expectations.
Skills

Strong customer support and skills. Proficient in analyzing customer needs and issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pressure-driven environment. Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Email) is required. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field. Required language(s): Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and other language are an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours and Location

Normal working hours, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Bangsar. Require to work normal working hour 9am - 6pm.
Benefits & Remuneration

Competitive basic salary of RM 2,100 - RM 2,300. Annual leave, medical leave, and public holidays observed. Training provided for fresh graduates and opportunities for career progression. EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions included.
