Respond to customer calls
Provide clear and simple information on our financial products and services.
Assist with basic issues such as payment problems, account updates, and login errors.
Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
Follow company procedures and ensure customer data privacy.
Support the team with daily tasks
Requirements
:
SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Basic computer skills
Friendly, patient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to learn and grow with the company.
