Customer Service via Inbound Call & Chat Support (Transportation Project)
- SPM
- Can start immediately
- Good communication skill & written in both Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Working experience is not necessary as training will be provided
- Proficient in the use of computers
- Pleasant personality and able to handle stress
- Attend to customer\'s inquiries via call and chat
- To ensure that the information provided to customers are accurate and is compliance to the quality assurance requirements
- To key-in relevant information of the customers and their agreements products/offers into the system accurately
- To fulfill the daily, week and monthly KPIs
- To attend inbound call and Chats
- Annual leave 14 days per annum
- Shift allowance and overtime
- EPF
- SOCSO
- Attractive bonus and salary
