Our client, Tasse Coffee is an accredited social enterprise in Hong Kong. It hopes to spread coffee culture to all levels of society through education, starting from a cup of coffee. We are committed to carrying forward the essence of coffee, offering coffee courses for international professional certificates, so that people who are interested in coffee can learn in depth, and inherit the concept of coffee education. Hence, we are looking for young and energetic Customer Service Executive to join our team to support the business and grow along with us! Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and complaints via multiple channels such as email and chat rooms.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by building rapport and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in live chat customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
  • High level of resilience and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Office Location: Sunway Velocity Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Benefits:
