Job Description


Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in online sales or other related field is required but fresh graduates also are encouraged to apply
  • Between 20 - 35
  • Immediate intake and available to work in Cyberjaya
  • Must have passion in sales, hunger to achieve sales target, can work independently, strong communication skills and can work with teammates
  • Can commit to entertain and reply any inquiry from customer outside from office hour and on weekend
  • Required Languages(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
Responsibility
  • Entertain, engage, reply to any inquiry and close sales with all customers via phone calls, Whatsapp and messenger in a timely manner
  • Handle customer orders and guide them throughout the selling process
  • Update sales record in the system
  • Prepare sales reports every day/weeks/month
  • Keep follow up customer and ask for feedback and customer satisfaction
  • Inform customer about the latest product, promotion, news and activity
  • To take on any other responsibilities which is reasonably related to title of this position
