The Opportunity :
We're looking for a
proactive and hands-on Team Leader
to oversee our customer experience operations.
As part of our growing team, you will lead a small group of customer service executives who manage property listings, guest communications, and daily operational tasks related to short-stay rentals and hospitality services.
The Perfect Fit :
Supervise and guide the customer service team to ensure timely response and excellent guest experience.
Monitor daily performance and handle escalated guest issues or complaints.
Oversee the accuracy of room rate updates, listings, and internal system information.
Support the team in coordinating check-ins, deposit claims, and guest communication.
Conduct regular quality checks and process improvements.
Assist with training, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and collaborate with management on process optimization
WORKPLACE:
- Office at Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur
- Properties under management are located across Malaysia
- 6 working days
- Mix of office and work-from-home

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
