  • Diploma/Degree or above.
  • Proficient in English and fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • At least 1 year of team management experience in a BPO/Contact Centre, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a passion for user experience.
  • Good organizational, coordination, and team motivation abilities; able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work onsite at Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
