Proficient in English and fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.
At least 1 year of team management experience in a BPO/Contact Centre, preferably in e-commerce.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a passion for user experience.
Good organizational, coordination, and team motivation abilities; able to work under pressure.
Willing to work onsite at Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
