2-3 years of experience as a Trainer/Coach in a BPO environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Mandarin. Cantonese language more preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Willing to relocate in Iskandar Puteri, JB Area.

Conduct new hire training programs covering ecommerce processes, systems, and customer service standards.
Deliver refresher, upskilling, and cross-training sessions to improve agent performance.
Design, update, and maintain training materials (manuals, presentations, SOPs) in line with client requirements and process changes.
Track training effectiveness and provide reports to management on training outcomes, pass rates, and performance improvement.
Participate in calibration and alignment sessions to ensure training content meets client and compliance standards.
Stay updated with the latest ecommerce trends, tools, and customer behavior to keep training relevant.
