As part of our Customer Service team, you will handle live chat and email inquiries, provide accurate product information, and ensure customer satisfaction through empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification (or above).
At least
1 year of experience
in any customer service role.
Strong stress tolerance and problem-solving skills.
Own PC/Laptop with the following specs:
8GB RAM or above
Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 (or higher)
Stable internet connection (min. 80mbps)
Proficiency in
