Job Summary



The Workshop Facilitator is responsible for delivering engaging, customer-friendly workshop experiences at Royal Selangor. This role involves guiding customers through workshop activities, handling enquiries, and promoting workshop offerings. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, communicates well in English and Mandarin, and is comfortable working in a retail-like environment, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Responsibilities



Conduct workshops and assist customers throughout the workshop process. Communicate with customers in both English and Mandarin to provide guidance and support. Promote workshop programs to customers and encourage participation. Attend to incoming calls and respond to enquiries related to workshops. Support operational needs including weekend, public holiday, and overtime work when required. Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional customer experience at all times.

Job Requirements



Minimum SPM qualification. Able to converse in English

and

Mandarin. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel). Pleasant personality, friendly attitude, and well-groomed appearance. Minimum age: 18 years old. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
