Key Responsibilities
:
Respond to customer inquiries via
phone, WhatsApp, email, and live chat
Promote our services and products with confidence and care
Handle
order processing, complaints, returns, and feedback
Ensure
accurate data entry and follow-up using CRM tools
Coordinate with the
Pitstop team
and escalate complex issues when needed
You're a great fit if you have
:
Minimum
SPM, STPM, Certificate or Diploma
Strong
communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with
Microsoft Office
and CRM systems
Ability to handle
high-volume inquiries
and maintain a positive attitude
Team spirit and adaptability to fast-paced environments
