Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Attending to inbound calls only and assisting customers inquiries pertaining credit cards No Sales and out bond call required. Ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Job Type: 6 Months Contract (Contract to perm)



Schedule: Monday- Sunday (Rotational) (2 days off)

Working locations: Menara Citibank, Jalan Ampang

Requirement

:

Able to communicate effectively in English Possess at least an SPM certificate with credit in both Mathematics and English,

or

a Diploma/Degree qualification Must be able to work shifts

Rotational Shifts

:

1. 8am - 5pm

2. 9am - 6pm

3. 10am - 7pm

4. 11am - 8pm

5. 12pm - 9pm

6. 1pm - 10pm

7. 2pm - 11pm

Job Type: Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
