Job Description


  • Perform administrative duties: filing, write and distribute email, memo, letter and other clerical work
  • assist sales team & planner to support customer order.
  • Photostat, Scan and email documents
  • Attend to phone call and email
  • Assist in ad-hoc clerical tasks
  • follow-up the customer order & support sales & marketing
  • Prepare Invoice & D/O

  • Day shift
Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Preferred)
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
