Customer Service Executive

to coordinate shipment arrangements, ensure smooth document handling, and deliver excellent service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with customers on shipment requirements and handle inquiries promptly and professionally. Open job folders and prepare

shipping documents

such as Consignment Notes, Delivery Orders (D/O), Shipping Instructions (S.I.), and Manifests. Prepare

shipping notes and delivery orders

for cargo delivery to warehouse or port. Update customers on

cargo on-board status

and

estimated arrival dates

. Send

pre-alerts

to customers and overseas counterparts for all handled shipments. Ensure delivery orders (from own drivers or third-party transporters) are

returned promptly

and filed correctly. Verify job folders to ensure all

charges are accurately captured

in the system. Prepare and issue

accurate invoices

to customers, ensuring timely submission. Confirm and close transactions in the

UFS system

in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

Minimum

Diploma

in any field. Preferably

1-2 years of working experience

in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Logistics Customer Service.

On-the-job training

will be provided for suitable candidates. Good command of

English and Bahasa Malaysia

, both spoken and written. Strong

interpersonal and communication

skills.

Detail-oriented

, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work

5.5 days per week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
