  • Minimum qualification: Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree or 1 year of experience in Customer Service or banking
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in Bahasa Melayu
  • Positive, patient, and friendly attitude.
  • Female candidates will be an added advantage.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel
  • Result-driven and comfortable interacting with all levels of people
Tanggungjawab
  • Respond to customer inquiries about bank loan eligibility promptly and professionally
  • Evaluate and analyze customer financial information to determine housing loan eligibility
  • Clearly explain the housing loan application process, required documents, timelines, and expectations
  • Stay updated on housing loan products to provide accurate information
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all interactions
  • Provide feedback on common customer issues and suggest strategies to improve customer service
