Respond to customer inquiries about bank loan eligibility promptly and professionally
Evaluate and analyze customer financial information to determine housing loan eligibility
Clearly explain the housing loan application process, required documents, timelines, and expectations
Stay updated on housing loan products to provide accurate information
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all interactions
Provide feedback on common customer issues and suggest strategies to improve customer service
